- Existing media you send us for project use, including logos, photos, raw videos, edited film/video cuts, and audio
- Image, likeness, and voice of clients and event participants

- Pages viewed, referring URLs, and time spent on pages

3. How We Use Information
We may use the information collected for the following purposes:
- Provide videography, photography, and color grading services, including but not limited to planning, shooting, editing, and delivering media content
- Communicate with clients and third party event organizers before, during, and after projects
- Manage contracts and process payments

- Advertise our services on our website and social media (see section 4)

4. Use of Audiovisual Content
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use photos, videos, and audio for our website, portfolio, social media, reels, and other marketing purposes.
We will not sell or license client content to third parties for commercial use. Requests to restrict or opt out of marketing use must be submitted in writing before the shoot or event.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share information only as necessary to provide services, including with:
- Trusted service providers (editing software providers, cloud storage providers, payment processors)
- Event organizers and hosts, venues, and production partners/collaborators involved in a specific project
- Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law
6. Data Storage and Security
Digital files are stored on password-protected devices, including HDD’s and SSDs, and/or encrypted cloud storage providers.
Reasonable safeguards are in place to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. While we take security seriously, no method of storage is 100% secure.
7. Archival Policy
Raw and edited media may be maintained for archival purposes. Retention periods vary by project type and contractual agreements, and may be indefinite. Kept files may be used for replacement in case your copy is lost, as well as for marketing purposes.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the information we hold about you and your project
- Request corrections or updates
- Opt out of marketing or promotional use of content from your project
- Unsubscribe from future marketing emails

9. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children without parental consent. Any involvement of minors under the age of 18 in our work, such as child actors appearing in our media, must be approved by written consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian must be present at all times on the production set, and additional state or local laws may apply.
10. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Services
This website is hosted on WordPress and may collect information through cookies, analytics, and similar tools to understand usage, improve functionality, and ensure a smooth user experience.

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. Major updates will be notified to clients and newsletter subscribers, while minor updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
